As we continue to execute our investment strategy for Upsense, we look forward to utilizing Global’s capital commitment to drive success for both our existing fund members and the new members who will join us over the next several months as we complete our $225m capital raise. The transactional strength that this commitment provides our fund will continue to enable us to deliver on the promise of giving our members a portfolio of high profile media and entertainment deal flow that the fund established with its initial investment into the cutting edge VR company XR Games”.
The closing of the Global Pictures agreement has demonstrated a significant level of support in the global media & entertainment investment marketplace for Upsense, who last month announced a $225M capital raise to meet its substantial global investment deal flow pipeline across film, television, music, gaming, facilities and technology.
